Cloudflare Access erroneously applied seat limits to new logins and sent an email alert to administrators that seat limits had been exceeded. During the incident, some end-users could not initiate new logins.
The issue has been resolved and administrators can disregard the email.
Some accounts may still be prevented from new users logging in due to accurate seat usage limits. Administrators can check the Cloudflare Teams dashboard
to confirm seat usage and add seats if needed.
