Beginning April 21, a subset of Cloudflare Access customers experienced intermittent HTTP 500 errors on authentication requests. Impact is limited to a small percentage of requests in specific geographies. Service authentication requests are seeing the highest share of the errors.
Cloudflare engineering is progressing a corrected rollout under tighter monitoring.
