Update
Cloudflare is currently investigating issues with newly-created Gateway policies, which may not be taking effect as expected. Existing policies are unaffected, however new changes to existing policies may not apply.
We are actively working to understand the full impact and to mitigate this problem. More updates will follow shortly.
