Compressible responses from workers sometimes being sent uncompressed

In some circumstances, Cloudflare will return uncompressed HTTP content for responses from Cloudflare workers, even when the "Accept-Encoding" header has been sent. Cloudflare engineering is engaged and rolling out a fix.
