On April 16th, between 04:10 - 04:45 UTC, Cloudflare observed network congestion resulting in slow connections for the following Asia data centers: Mumbai, Cebu, Jakarta, Chittagong, Manila, Singapore, Muscat, Kathmandu, Chennai.
