Cloudflare has identified root-cause for issues establishing new connection over the WARP agent. A fix is now being deployed.

Cloudflare is investigating issues establishing new connections over the WARP agent when connecting to Houston, TX, United States - (IAH), Lisbon, Portugal - (LIS), Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia - (KUL), Salt Lake City, UT, United States - (SLC) and Bangalore, India - (BLR). Cloudflare WARP users may experience connectivity issues or a degraded Internet experience.
