Cloudflare investigated issues with network performance in Toronto (ON) and Montréal (QC) for Free Traffic.
The impact was detected from 15:00:00 UTC (March, 27 2021) to 23:35:00 UTC (March, 27 2021). This has since been resolved, and network performance has been restored.
