Update

We have identified the impacted users were mainly in Bangalore, Houston, Kuala Lumpur, Lisbon, Salt Lake City, Foshan, Fuzhou. The data centers in impacted locations have been rerouted to avoid impact.

The issue has been identified and a fix is being implemented.

Investigating

Cloudflare is investigating issues for some users being challenged and unable to access the Dashboard.

These issues do not affect the serving of cached files via the Cloudflare CDN or other security features at the Cloudflare Edge.
