1.1.1.1 was partially unavailable because of an erroneous BGP blackhole configuration update by an ISP that was propagated by a Tier 1 provider. Note that our users who were using other IP addresses like 1.0.0.1 still could use the service. The error has been resolved and 1.1.1.1 has resumed normal operation.
