Updates to Logpush jobs not applied

Logpush jobs created since February 4th should now be pushing data. There may be some data loss for some customers in that time frame for those jobs.

The issue has been identified and a fix is being implemented.

Changes (create, update, delete) to Logpush jobs are not being applied for some customers since Feb 4th.
