Network Performance Issues in Singapore

Cloudflare investigated and resolved issues with network performance in Singapore (SIN07). We have mitigated the issue and traffic is running normally again. The time for this issue was between 20:34 and 20:56 UTC. All other datacenters were unaffected by this issue.
