Network connectivity issues in APAC region

We've mitigated the impact of a problematic network link in the APAC region. Users accessing resources in that region including Durable Objects and R2 may have seen escalated error rates between 16:07 UTC - 17:05 UTC. We're currently monitoring to ensure no regressions occur.
