We have identified that some Workers Observability features are affected: beta tracing spans and OpenTelemetry exports may be unexpectedly dropped. We are working to resolve the issue.

Cloudflare is aware of, and investigating an issue where Workers rate limiting may be triggering below the defined limit. We are working to resolve this issue, more updates to follow shortly.
