We have identified the source of the issue and we're working to restore full service. You may see errors while viewing the cloudflare.com UI / API while doing billing related operations.

Investigating
We are investigating errors from our Billing service currently. Customers may see errors when viewing the cloudflare.com UI or using the API. The CloudFlare CDN service is not impacted.
