New Workers and Pages configuration UI pages broke the ability to configure some settings

A few high impact bugs were identified, including: - Some Workers and Pages projects would not load in dash, showing an "Internal Error" page - Not all custom domains showed up for a Worker - Users could not change the git branch in their Pages project environment The duration of this impact was from September, 19th 16:45  UTC through September, 20th 18:45 UTC. No production traffic to Workers or Pages was affected. Workers and Pages APIs were also not affected.
