Our Certificate Authority partner is performing maintenance on September 22nd 2019, from 06:15 to 08:45 UTC. During this window, new certificates created for Universal SSL, Dedicated Certificates, and SSL for SaaS, will be unable to be processed. Processing will resume once this window is completed.
