Cloudflare will be performing maintenance on the database that underlies the SSL for SaaS product. This maintenance is being performed to provide increased reliability and performance for the SSL for SaaS custom_hostnames endpoint.
During this maintenance window, users will not be able to submit new custom hostnames, issue SSL certificates (such as Dedicated SSL certificates), or view/change existing custom hostnames. Both the API and UI will be temporarily unavailable. API calls will return a 503 (Service Unavailable) response status code during this maintenance window. Additionally the response will include a ‘Retry-After’ header, indicating the time that the the caller should wait before re-attempting the request. If you receive this error, you will need to re-submit this request after the maintenance is complete. Lastly, orders placed prior to the start of the window will be placed on hold until the window completes.
This does not affect existing SSL certificates, only new SSL certificate orders during this maintenance window may be impacted. We will update here once maintenance is complete.
