The Billing Service has been fully restored and no further issues should occur when purchasing new or adjusting existing subscriptions. We will continue to monitor the service. Please contact our support team if you experience any further issues.

Investigating

We are currently investigating an issue with our Billing Service. Customers won't be able to purchase new or adjust existing subscriptions. The Cloudflare dashboard, API and edge network services which cache and secure customer sites are NOT affected by these issues.
